The sixth and last edition of the 2006 Tactical Leadership Programme ended with the participation of some "old timers". As with every exercise are some of the usual aircrafts almost extinct, and are four German F-4F Phantoms and four RAF Jaguar GR3's a rare sight on the Florennes airbase. On 10 November the weather was cooperating very well, and the sun was present true a hazy cloud blanket. This also gave the slightly darker influence on the photographs, when the aircrafts came back for the landing around 15:30 Local time.

Not the largest number of participants where present for this last edition of the TLP in 2006. But the participants that where present, where mostly not much seen on the Belgium soil. With the participation of four GAF F-4F Phantoms from the JG71 & 74, four RAF GR3A Jaguars from the 6 Squadron, two Mirage 2000C & two Mirage 2000D's from the EC02-003/005.

Furthermore was the Italian airforce present with two F-16A-ADF's from the not much seen 23 Gruppo, with one F-16A-ADF cancelling the take-off for unknown reasons? And two Tornado ECR's from the 155th Gruppo "Black Panthers". With as nice detail a large "Shark" mouth beneath the cockpit and the "panther" head on the intake of the engine. The USAF was present with two F-16CJ Fighting Falcons from the 23FS/52FW, based at the Spangdahlem AB, Germany for the Air-Ground role during this exercise. Also with a nice detail behind the cockpit with an Eagle from the Squadron logo. And last but not least was the RAF furthermore represented by two Tornado F3's (Both aircrafts had tail markings in the shape of the "Fighting Cocks" squadron markings) from the 43 Squadron based at Leuchars in the North of the UK. And two more Tornado GR.4's from the 15 & 31 Squadron based at Lossiemouth & Marham. Overal again a nice TLP with for one of the last times some participating RAF Jaguars, in some special light conditions.
